Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply where applicable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases
Custom or Branded Products
Items that have been customised, printed, or embroidered (including logo applications) are:
- Not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items:
- Items must meet the return conditions listed above
- Customers are responsible for any price differences and shipping costs

Refunds

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
